Yes, that's what the disclaimer says on the Patterns and Demonstrations webpages.  However, the patterns are accurate and those free videos provide a basic idea of what the patterns should look like, although imitating them is not enough to pass the tests.

I highly recommend the 5th Edition booklet.  The newest version includes notes from the judges' workshops that were held right before the new Moves were introduced in 9/2010.

DVDs:
Moves in the Field DVD - 2 Disc Set  (4th Edition)  ($60)

New 5th Edition Moves in the Field DVD (New and Revised Moves only) ($40)

There is no single DVD set for the 9/2010 current Moves tests.  Patterns that weren't changed are on the 4th edition DVD; new and revised patterns are shown on the 5th edition DVD.

They fixed Novice #1?  When they first posted them, the transitions between segment 2 and 3 and 3 and 4 were wrong

That's different from "not up to passing standard."  If it's wrong, you should send US Figure Skating that feedback so they can remove the video from the webpage.  You'd be able to vouch for that video's correctness more than I since I didn't examine every video and pattern. 

Could you take a look and let us know, please? 

I posted the page link as a courtesy for people who wanted to print the patterns individually - it's convenient.  The Novice #1 pattern matches the rulebook pattern.

Yes, the Novice 1 video has been fixed. The one up is now correct--although I'm having my skater do a full 5 sets of turns on the first 2 lobes & she only does 4. I believe they show 5 in the book.

Someone initially mentioned it after going to a seminar last year.  I would gather that they had fixed it, but caution that the original video was incorrect

Hmm, it seems to me that Novice back twizzles video is also incorrect - the skater in the video steps to FO edge after the twizzle, while the diagram shows FI.
