anyone else unable to get the website to load?  The registration link works fine, the main site seems to be down though and I'd like to check out the specifics.

Edit: got it to load via safari on my phone but chrome on my computer won't load it.

I'm not having any problem with the website on any of my browsers.

As for the age limits, contact the organizer and ask about extending the range.  Could be an oversight, could be intentional - you'd have to ask to find out.
