These are all fairly simple and well-explained videos.  The equipment is cheap - she gives you substitutions to use (folded pillow instead of ball) and can be easily done in a short period of time.

Five Below is a good store to try for inexpensive exercise tools like these.  TJ Maxx and other designer stores often carry workout equipment for less than a sporting goods store.

Another really good one, is a spiral on the 1/2 foam roller too.  Either with bands (maybe yellow and hold on at first while you get your balance set and used to it) and without the band holding up to 30+ seconds.

My Physical Therapist said that a thick beach towel, rolled up and rubber-banded, can substitute for a foam roller when working on spirals.

That would work but it's not as challenging.

Update: All six videos are now available!  It's a good progression that focuses mainly on balance and extension.  Definitely will help with spins and jump positions.
