2016 and 2017 Adult Sectionals and Adult Nationals (U.S.)

2017 in my back yard. Better get busy on my bronze freestyle test!

Just noticed this thread. It will just be a short drive away. Maybe I can pass pre-bronze by then. I hope to retire next November so I will have lots of free time to work on skating spring 2017.

I don't see anything specifically "No Test" level either. But as a side note - I don't believe you have to have passed any tests to compete Pre-Bronze.  You MAY have passed Pre-Bronze, but it doesn't seem to be required.  From the rulebook:

4600 Adult Pre-Bronze Singles
A. Test qualifications as of the closing date for entries: Passed no higher than the adult pre-bronze free skate test, or the pre-preliminary free skate test.

Well, yes, but this is where it gets tricky - so you can't have any higher test than pre-Bronze or pre-pre BUT it doesn't mention whether you have to have any tests at all!  I know someone on here knows the answer!

"Test level: Competition level is the highest test passed as of the entry deadline in the discipline the skater is entering. Entrants may skate one level above that for which they qualify, but they may not skate down in any event. Test and age requirements are as of February 1, 2016 (Close of entries.)."

If you haven't passed any tests you would qualify for "no test" but since you can skate up I believe you could compete at pre-bronze without a test

That. You can skate up one level for non qualifying events at Sectionals (and at most non qualifying competitions). You can not skate up at Nationals, you must have passed the correct freestyle test to compete at that level and you must have passed at least Bronze.

I'll be at Easterns and hopefully Nationals this year! Easterns is close for me, love that rink!
