Caryn Kadavy - she went to the Olympics in 1988 but didn't finish because she got the flu and couldn't skate her long - too bad.  She is a lovely lovely skater.

Thanks icedancer2!  That's who I suspected it was, but I don't really remember her.  (I do clearly remember Debby Thomas and the "Battle of the Carmens" at the '88 Olympics.)  I did a quick search for images for Caryn Kadavy, but they didn't look like that picture.
