It seems like the Europeans are setting up an Adult Skating Grand Prix Challenge. The competitions involved are:
"Paderhorn Skating Trophy" February 3-5 , 2012 in Germany
"Russian Winter" March 16-18, 2012 in Ekaterinburg - on Urals at the boader of Europe and Asia
"Dolomite Ice Skating Trophy" April 5-6-7-8, 2012 in Canazei, Trentino Italy
"Bulles de Troyes " May 5-8 , 2022 in Troyes, France
"The Mountain Cup " May 31-June 2 in Villard de Lans, France

I don't know any more information as of now, would love to hear from anyone else who does...  :)

If anyone has the competition entry details or knows where to get them for the Troyes competition, I wouldn't mind having them. It's close enough to be possible to go to and fits in with the competition season nicely.

This sounds very interesting!!  And I swear I just heard or read something about this somewhere recently....I can't for the life of me remember where, but I'd love more info on this also!!  Something I'd love to work towards :)

I don't think the details are out yet, I received the poster and put it up on my blog

So how does one qualify? Is it open to all nationalities?

They are all international open competitions. You just need to apply, just like any other open competition.
There are no test requirements as it's difficult to compare different countries test systems, but the requirements are laid out for the different categories. It's up to the individual to place themselves in an appropriate category.
