Some ISI facilities offer sessions for high-level tests like FS 7-9 and Couple 8-9.  Those tests have to certified by examiners, they can't be done in-house unless the facility has ISI-certified judges.  The highest-level tests have to be conducted at a national seminar or competition.

The Goggin Ice Center provides Ice Skating Institute (ISI) test sessions for all levels on a monthly basis. In order to test an ISI level at the Goggin, a skater must meet the following criteria:

Be an active member of ISI (www.skateisi.com)
Confirm with their private instructor that they are ready to test
Complete a Goggin ISI Test Application, select a test date & pay the appropriate fee ($15 for 1st test, $8 each add'l test) – Applications are available and can be submitted to the Goggin Skate Shop.
If you would like more information on ISI testing, feel free to contact a Skating Staff member at 513-529-9800.
Once a skater has passed a level, they will receive a copy of their test paper and a badge to show their accomplishment!

District 10 holds the higher level test sessions in conjunction with these competitions:

Frosty Blades in February
Blades of March in March
Summer Sizzle in July
Holiday Classic in December

Just wanted to also note since my DD recently took a higher level test...that District 10 requires a video be sent of all the elements before they allow you to even take the test.
