WW width in Jackson Debut?

Has anyone managed to order an extra wide Debut Fusion? I need to replace my WW semi custom Competitors, and need a wider boot in both toe and heel to accommodate an orthotic that was made to fit in the competitor.

I wear the Debut Fusion low cut, and the stock widths are A/B (narrow/average) and C/D (wide). If you measure wider than that (and you should be measured by a pro), you will have to order semi customs. I measured an EE width. My boots were $475 (added a different/extra wide tongue).
