Location:  Mars
Ice quality:  Rough; no sign of the Zamboni driver!  Very very cold.  However, jump height is much improved.
Schedule:  Open 24.5 hrs/day
Cost:  Free admission, but travel costs are high
# of ice sheets: One, about 50 miles in diameter
Parking availability: Plenty of free parking; lot is not paved
Mass transit info:  Contact www.nasa.gov for current schedule; alternative transit options under development at www.spacex.com
FS club:  Under development; membership currently very low.
Pro shop:  No on-site pro shop; remote assistance is available, but with up to a 40 minute delay in response time
Party room(s):  None, but plenty of space for groups to meet up

Locker room status (if known):  None; you'll have to change in your vehicle

I would predict that there's no risk of falling through the ice.

Both because it is cold at night (-100 C = -148 F), and because of the composition of the air.

A study says it rarely goes above 200 deg Kelvin. At those temperatures, I don't think ice is slippery.

Perhaps you could make roller skates that would work, with the right lubricant.

If you've a spare ticket, I will check it out, and give you a report!
