Competition dress uae or uk

Im going for my first competition soon but the problem is I live in the uae. Does anyone know if I can get a competition dress anywhere here???
If not where are some good places to buy them in England??

I can't help you with the dress issue, but I do have a question. Since the UAE has a modesty dress code in malls, are there rules for modesty in skating wear -- particularly costumes---that you have to follow?

No, skaters wear what any other skater would wear. However, Muslim figure skaters cover up due to their religion but other do not need to follow those guidelines whilst skating.
