My schedule has actually changed, since changing clubs so I figure I would chim in again. Currently, I am off the ice for about a week while I deal with some back pain. I#ve also included my off ice , pilates, and ballet classes. Although they are not on-ice time, they do contribute greatly to my skating schedule. All my on-ice sessions are club sessions, so automatically freestyle.
however my typical schedule is:
Mondays: 1 hours (Pilates)
Tuesdays: 2 hours (on-ice)
Wednesdays: 2 hours (on -ice) + 1 hour ( off-ice)
Thursday: 1 hour (Pilates) + 1 hour ( Ballet)
Saturdays: 1.5 hours (on-ice) + 1 hour (off-ice)
Sunday: 2 hours (on-ice)
on ice time: 7.5 hours
off ice training: 2 hours
Pilates and Ballet: 3 hours
