Hi !   Will all wilson blades have the same pattern for the mounting holes ?  would other brands use same as well ?

Query

Wilson blades are not machined with perfect consistency. So, from one blade to the next, even of the same model, you may need to move your blades a little. Same is true for MK. If you use the same holes, your boots may balance a little differently.

If the issue is whether you can mount new blades on your old skates, you can fill in the old holes if you need to, and re-drill new ones. Fill it in by pounding in a dowel rod with a rubber mallet - use a dowel rod slightly wider than the hole diameter. Some people roll up a sheet of leather instead of using a dowel. rod Some people use Shoe Goo instead, but it takes about 3 days to fully set, somewhat less if you heat it with a hair drier while setting.
