Disson Skating Shows 2012-2013

Disson Skating has their schedule up for 2012-2013.  These shows are filmed live at an arena, then shown on US television a few weeks later.  They're often shown more than once and on different channels, but NBC is the first-run station.

As part of the partnership, U.S. Figure Skating members will receive benefits pertaining to the 2012-13 Disson Skating Series. Special offers include ticket discounts; access to exclusive "Chalk Talks," question-and-answer sessions held with select skaters prior to each show; and in some cases, early ticket-buying opportunities.

U.S. Figure Skating and Disson Skating will work with local skating clubs to host SkateFests in each of the four cities where a show will take place during the 2012-13 season. Free and open to the public, SkateFests provide the opportunity for skaters of all ages to participate in free group lessons based on their experience levels while meeting members of the show's cast. These events are a great way for families to experience skating for the first time and for current skaters to be inspired by the sport's legends.

The Skating and Gymnastics Spectacular is sold out; it was an Olympic year.
