I looked at the chart as a Canadian, and there is a huge disconnect between the Skate Canada levels listed in the leftmost column and the skill levels listed in the middle column.

I wasn't looking at the recommendation charts at all - the blade comparison charts are at the bottom of the page and they are correct. 
(They show the rocker, ROH and pick style.  I like the groupings by skating level.)

Send them an email and ask them to correct their pages.  They probably don't know that they have the wrong levels listed for Skate Canada.

I emailed them ages ago and it's still the same chart... I might try again though. They are WAY off.
