Back-Leg-Lifts = I still maintain the straig to lift both Legs.
Stomach-Leg-Lifts = I still maintain straigh in my Left Leg. My Right was a little tight today.
Spiral-Leg-Lifts = I am getting betting with a Spiral on my Left Leg. I think I may finally be able to get it up in a real Spiral. But then again...LOL,without a mirror. There's no way to check,and I can't even look at my Leg IN a mirror,without my Leg moving. So I wouldn't know for sure how high I'm really lifting. LOL.
Kick-Ups = I can still lift my Legs higher.
My Push-Ups and Sit-Ups were easy today.
Sit-Toe-Touches = Touched my Toes on both feet.
Say,btw. I was wondering up to this point how you all think I'm doing with my Off-Ice-Trainning. I would surely love to hear from all of you.
