Toe "walloop"?

I can understand why skaters flutz (because the flip is easier than the lutz), but I know of some skaters who "lip" -- Miki Ando is a notable example. I find it weird that some skaters would prefer a counterrotated jump, but I guess some skaters actually do.

The toe loop is one of the easier jumps, but if you take off from a wrong edge, you'd end up with a toe walley. But do you know of anyone who does a "toe walloop"?
