Contacting Kinzies Closet

Does anyone have a phone number for Kinzies Closet please? I have tried 770-298-6988 which is the number on a couple of their website pages, but just get a message saying it's out of service.
I emailed them a question about the cost of shipping an adult skating dress about 10 days ago and have not received a reply (checked junk folder etc.).
Any other experiences would also be appreciated - are they usually fairly responsive?

Interestingly, after I posted this, and re-emailed them they actually replied, claiming they hadn't received any of the other emails (I was using their website 'contact us' form).
They say it will take 4-5 days to mail a dress within the US which seems realistic.

Glad you heard back.  I corresponded with them a few months ago, probably via their web-link and it worked.  They were quite quick on the response (but I have a time-zone advantage).

I filled out their contact form before on their website and got no response. I decided to message them on fb then, and they replied to contact them through email, where they finally responded. I wonder if it's an email issue, or just their contact form?

I think their contact form is just glitchy - I've used it with success in the past, but it doesn't seem to be working lately.

Yep - looks like they have some glitches in their contact form, as they didn't seem to get first submission but replied to second fairly quickly.
I'm now just waiting to hear back from them about their ordering process - unless I'm missing something it seems I need to order the item then wait for them to send another invoice with the shipping cost, but I want to know that before I order....
