I had my summer skating set so that I did one session a day/4 days per week. I would also get a lesson each of those days - 3 from new coach and 1 from old coach.  Old coach has a conflict with the time she gave me on her day and has no more openings that day.  The times she has open are the same days I am already getting lesson from my new coach which would be okay but they are hours apart. I could do any of these options but not sure I want to.

Option 1: Mon at noon 15 min lesson.  I skate at a different rink at 7 pm and get an hour lesson from new coach.

Option 2: Thurs at noon 20 min lesson. I skate at 6 am with new coach at same rink.

Option 3: Say forget it and just practice. I would probably move to a less crowded session (same one my DD takes her dance lesson on).

Old coach has no Wednesday or Friday time open and her only time Tuesday, I am at a different rink getting lesson from new coach.

So which option would you pick? I am leaning toward 1 or 3. I just don't think I would want to come back to the same rink 5 hours after I leave. At least with option 1, I would be going to different rinks.

How far are these rinks from where you work/live? I think that would be an important consideration.

Is there any way to do Tues with old coach and move the lesson with new coach to Wed or Fri?

If not I would probably go with option 3

Your are lucky to be able to have so many lessons. I hope you thank your benefactor.

Any many rinks too. :) I wish I had the resources to do 4 lessons a week!

One rink is 20 mins from my house and the other is 40 minutes.

. No. New coach doesn't do Fridays and is full on Weds.

My husband is fortunate to have a good job. I had a good one until last year as well. So I am fortunate to have the time and money to skate now.

I live where hockey is king. We have many rinks in our city.

Hmm if it were me, I would do Option 1 if I really wanted the lesson, since it seems the rinks are not that far anyway, but Option 3 isn't bad too since you can always practice on your own. As I'm not a morning person, Option 2 is definitely out of the question for me.
