Im scared to bend my knees when I skate because I've heard that you shouldn't really bend your knees too much when you have new skates. I've had my skates for about 3 months now. I skate once a week for about an hour and a half. What do you think? And Where are creases suppose to form? Or should creases form at all?

Your boots will, and should, crease - just gradually and naturally. You've been careful - skate away, bent knees and all.  Don't force the boots but don't be overly careful at this point - bend naturally and enjoy your new boots.

I'm by no means an expert, and I'm kind of in a similar position as you in that I'm also trying to figure out this breaking-in thing, but I think the approximately 18 hours of skating you've done in the past 3 months sounds like plenty.

I'm not sure where the boots are supposed to crease, but when I look at my old boots, there are a few mild creases in each of the tongues, near where it transitions from the top of my foot to my shin bone.
