I find that the Gangnam Style dance is a great way for warm-up, as it does both cardio and plyometrics (to some extent, as you also do same-foot landings). It also warms up the legs in a short amount of time. And best of all -- it's fun!

Any other fun warm-up routines?

Since my daughter started yoga, she really enjoys doing the stretches before she gets on the ice.  It's fun and new for her.

My DD is really into J-Pop, vocaloids, etc.  She used to do these dances to get warmed up before competitions.  She recommends that when you learn the dances using the mirror versions on youtube.  She says it's easier to copy.

There were a couple more that she used to use that are a bit faster.  If anyone is interested, I could post a link.

Yes, she did her warm ups in public with her earbuds in.  ;D  When she did her senior solo in the ice show, they made mention of how she was the girl that was always dancing around the rink - LOL.     She is a pretty expressive kid though - when she gets out on the ice, she also skate/dances through her on ice warm-up - if that makes sense.
