The only words I understood were 'ina bauer'.

That had to be one strong skater in there, or maybe they put the costume on different people for different skills and cut the video together.

Japan has a ridiculously competitive singles program, so I imagine it was a strong skater with higher double jumps at least. Apparently this green guy is a dinosaur called Gachapin, a popular know-it-all cartoon character in Japan.

Recently someone also shared a Sailor Moon cartoon episode that featured figure skating, but alas, people spun on top of their toe picks...

You can tell based on their single jumps and overrotated axels (I really did think they were going for a double at first!) that it has to be a higher level skater in there
