Congratulations!  I gave you some +GOE for that!

The problem with crossovers is once you have them 'perfect' your coach will change the standard....

What does +GOE mean? I live in Victoria, Australia and am unfamiliar with this expression.  ???Does it have something to do with scoring in competitions?

Many thanks for the kind comments. I only started skating in July 2011.  ;D Loving it so far.

Congratulations!  Crossovers are one of the things that surprised me about learning to skate versus just watching on TV.  I never knew just how much they were used and had no idea there was a difference between crossovers and stroking.

GOE is "Grade of Execution".  Under the international judging system all elements start at 0 and the judges can give you up to +3 or down to -3.  On the boards, under your name there is "GOE"- people can click that when they like your posts, it is just a silly thing for us. (And you can't see which posts it was that people "liked", but most of us use it as a way of saying "great job".)

Thanking Skittl1321 for the GOE info.  :)

Next trick - get my research stuff moving ahead like the crossovers. Hoping it takes less time.
