15 minutes 1x per week for me.  It goes by so fast, but frankly I don't yet have the stamina for any more.

I found doing an hour lesson improved stamina mightily. At first I had to pause every few minutes, but it quickly built up so I could do most of the lesson without pausing.

Today we did a 50 minute lesson, and just like a puppy that plays at full speed then hits a 'wall' and collapses into a nap, once I hit 48 minutes I was whipped. But after ending at 50, I feel able to do stuff at home other than take a nap. It's interesting how only a few minutes can make a difference.
Yes I'm in with the 90's. I have a skating blog. http://icedoesntcare.blogspot.com/

My last freestyle coach before the current one gave me an hour, but a lot of it was chatting. My dance lessons were 50 minutes till this year when I switched times. Now I only get a half hour. I'd prefer the 50 minutes, even though I was exhausted afterwards, but it was pretty late in the day and there's a two hour drive home afterwards.

My current freestyle coach has a lot of students to pack into her time. Some weeks I get a half hour, usually broken up into 15 minutes on public and 15 minutes on freestyle ice. Some weeks I get a 10 minute lesson. Sometimes I get 20. Right now I get nothing since we have no ice!!

Do you find it more effective than a 30 minutes lesson?
That is, 15 + 15 > 30 or < 30? :)
