If your skater has 2 coaches, do you list both on the paperwork?

If they skate at more than one rink, do you use the rink name where you renew your ISI membership?

Ask your coaches, but if one of them is actually going to the competition to put your daughter on the ice, I would think their name should be listed so they can be credentialed.  (Which very few ISI competitions require.)

You should have one "home rink" that's listed on your membership registration form.  That's also the "team" that you put on the competition entry form.  Which rink sent in your daughter's test forms?  That would be the one to represent, imo, but again, check with your coaches.

Many ISI competitions have "Team Points" trophies for the rink that brings in the most quality points or total points.  (Our old club used to win quality points trophies often because we were small but placed well.)

Thank you.  It's her main coach who will put her on, but I didn't want her other coach (who will be there in another capacity) to think we lack appreciation for the additional coaching.
