Where can I find leggings that are long enough and stretchable enough to cover the top eyelets of my boot (very much like footless tights)? I currently wear ankle length dance leggings but they can't stretch over the top of the boot -- they were made to fit snugly around the ankle.

The only brand that I can find that carries these leggings are Mondor (style 3841 and 4453), but they are too pricey for my budget. Is there anywhere else that I can buy such leggings at a cheaper price, and do these leggings have a special name? Thanks.

Inexpensive leggings can be found at Target, Walmart, and online at Hue. I'm sure there are other places (I use Target & Walmart).

You could get Under Armour or Nike brand coldgear leggings at a sporting store. They are pricey, but very very warm and hold up very well.

I have a pair of intermezzo skating leggings (they fit over the hooks and over the heel) I got them for £29 at my rinks shop, i think that's about $46..but they're soooo comfy and are lined with warm material

Under armour can be pricey, but I buy from a local outlet, found a pair at the Goodwill ($3.50 for them), eBay....If you sew you can buy the fabric and make them for about $20/pair.

Other sports-type leggings can be found on-sale at many stores. Sometimes as much as 75% off!

i really like capezio's tights. they are a little bit pricey, but they last a whole lot longer than mondor and are better quality in general. and for leggings, i like seku and lululemon. both are on the more expensive side, but are very warm and durable.
