Is there a new one for 2011?  The order form still has 2010 BUT I got a competition anouncement that has "Ultimate Freestyle"  where there is apparently no restriction on moves, but the skaters are still grouped by level passed.  I would like to get some information.

I believe the 2010 ISI handbook is the most current one.  There haven't been any rules changes afaik, so the 2010 rules are still in effect.  I really wish they'd create a pdf version - it's much easier to use than a paper rulebook.

The USFSA has to reissue a new book every year because there are always changes, many imposed by the ISU.
