Ok my fellow Skaters!!!! I got in a Double. So here it is.....

Back Leg-Lifts = I am still more flexable in my Left Leg.

Stomach Leg-Lifts = I am still getting stronge in both Legs.

Spiral Leg-Lifts = I was still able to lean more forward.

Kick-Ups = I am getting stronger in my Left Leg.

For Push-Ups and Sit-Ups = I can still do them quicker.

On Sit-Toe-Touches= I almost touched my toes.

Ok my fellow Skaters....here it is....

I got to the Rink about 11:50 am. Ten min. before Public Skate. Went in and put on my Skates. I ended up putting them on in the Bleachers. As it looked like they were going overtime with Freestyle. But it turned out that there was just 1 person on the ice for Public Skate to start. Something good came out of it though. I had my first try today at walking down a ramp with my skates on. Like the Skaters I saw at the Nutmeg Games there did (LOL,maybe they had gone done the stairs)...and I found that it isn't as easy as it looks to do. LOL. Guess I need to master it. It also turned out that a Skater from the Nutmeg Games was there and got to meet her. She seemed very nice. Another Skater there was also teaching her and another Skater as well. I asked her if she would be able to teach me some things and help me do a Spiral by holding me up. But she said I'd fall. I practiced a couple of Jumps. As well as praticed lifting my foot up. I skated around once. Then went home.

Ok my fellow Skaters!!!! Here it is.....

Back Leg-Lifts= I am now getting flexable in both Legs.

Stomach Leg-Lifts= I am still stronger in my Left Leg.

Spiral Leg-Lifts= Worked to lift my Legs.

Kick-Ups= I can now kick my Legs up higher.

I can still do my Push-Ups and Sit-Ups quicker.

Sit-Toe-Touches = I almost touched my toes.

Ok my friends....here it is....

I got to the Rink a little before noon and registered with my Skate Passes,then went in to watch the before Freestyle Session,before getting on the ice. After lacing my Skates up in the Stands. BTW. I also had my first experience with walking down stairs with Skates on with seccess. When I got on the ice,I was able to skate faster today. I didn't try any jumps. As I forgot to put my helmet on. But even though I DO were it, I've found that even if I forget to put it on, I am getting better at skating without it. LOL. Another Skater from the Nutmeg Games was there too,who won 2nd place. I told her that I really thought her skating was great,and that I wished I could be like her. Both she and her mother thanked my very much. After Public Skate,I saw the Freestyle Session. Then went home.

Ok,here it is.....

Back Leg-Lifts = I can still maintain streigh in both Legs.

Stomach and Spiral Leg-Lifts = I can still lift my Legs.

Kick-Ups = I can still lift my Legs up.

Push-Ups and Sit-Ups = I can still do them quicker.

Sit-Toe-Touches = Worked to touch my toes.

Ok my Fellow Skaters!!!!...

Spiral Leg-Lifts = I was able to lean a lot more forward on my Left Leg.

Kick-Ups = I was still able to kick my Legs up higher.

I did both my Push-Ups and Sit-Ups quicker.

Sit-Toe-Touches = Touched my toes on my Left Foot.

Ok my fellow Skaters!!!! Here it is.....On ice 8/6/11

I went to to Rink with a friend and her kid and Niece. We got there a little before Noon. Public Skate Time and had both kids fitted. Then they met me in the Rink. We were in the Red Rink this time. We had to wait a bit until someone giving a lesson got of the ice and the Zamboni came out. We then got on and ended up sharing the Rink with Learn to Skate. What level..I couldn't tell. My friends kid finally got on the ice today. As the kid didn't want to get on the last time. It turns out the kid really did ejoy it. Amost as much as the other one. LOL.

Off-Ice = Back and Stomach Leg Lifts = I still keep streigh in both Legs.

Spiral Leg-Lifts = I worked on lifting my Legs up.

Kick-Ups = I can stil lift my Legs up high.

Push-Ups and Sit-Ups = I can still do do them quicker.

Sit-Toe-Touches= Touched my Toes on my Left Foot.

My Push-Ups were slower today.

Sit-Ups= I can still do them quicker.

Sit-Toe-Touches = I touched my toes on my Left Foot.

Ok my fellow Skaters!!!! Here it is.....

I got to the Rink a little before Noon. I registered at the Desk with my Passes,then put on my Skates and Gaurds,and went in. There was no Freestyle,so I just took off my Gaurds and got on the ice. We started with 2 Skaters,(Me and another male),and wound up with 18!!! I tried a couple of Jumps and Spins. As well as trying again to do a Spiral. But I have great news!!! I took on another adult Partner today,and was actully able to put on speed holding onto her with one hand and arm out!!!! After Public Skate I watched 2 Freestyle Skaters. Then went home.

I can still do my Push-Ups and Sit-Ups quicker.

Sit-Toe-Touches = Touched my toes on both my feet.

I can still do my Back-Leg-Lifts,Sit-Ups,and Sit-Toe-Touches quicker.

I am now getting stronger in my Legs with my Stomach- Leg-Lifts. As well as stronge with my Push-Ups.

Spiral-Leg-Lifts = I can lean more forward.

Kick-Ups = I was able to lean back lifting my Left Leg.

Sit-Toe-Touches = Touched my toes on my Left Foot.

Ok my fellow Skaters!!!! Here it is for today!!! I got to the Rink in half the time it usually takes me (the new road in our town is finally finished). I went in and because I had to leave the Rink the last time,after I had a Pass marked and missed Public Skate. The Girl just called it marked for me. Anyway,I went to sit down and put on my Skates and Gaurds. Public Skate began at 5:30 and Learn to Skate was finishing up in the Blue Rink. When they got off I went in and waited for the Zamboni to finish. I then got on the ice with the rest of the Skaters and only stayed 45min. As I had to go (I surely hope the afternoon skate comes back soon). But I have GREAT news for everyone!!!!.....FSWer has finally mastered his....LONG-DISTANCE GLIDING!!!!! I don't know when I'll be going back again.
