Some nice exercises on YouTube in preparation for this Saturday's Next Ice Age "Class Reunion" workout.

Nathan Birch demonstrates with 3 ice skaters the exercises that will be taught in April when The Next Ice Age attempts to set the Guinness World Record for largest ice skating class ever. Those who have participated in a class given by The Next Ice Age are invited for "A Class Reunion" to help celebrate 25 years of this organization.
