Anyone soak their feet in a foot spa with jets, etc after skating?  On long skate days I like to soak feet in epsom salts but thought the idea of a foot spa would be even better.  I bought a Homedics because it was the only one I could find in stock everywhere I looked in NYC but it is awful and being returned.

Anyone use one they love that has a little power?

You could ask a podiatrist.  I've recently starting seeing one for a foot problem.  He has what seems to me to be an excellent food spa gizmo with pressure jets, temp control, etc.  It's probably professional grade and probably over the top money-wise for home use, but it never hurts to look at what the pros use and keep that in mind as a benchmark as you shop for a more affordable unit.  Just a thought.

I used to have a foot spa.  I used it once or twice. I now have something much better, smaller and cheaper (and portable!):  A tennis ball!  After skating, I roll the arches of my feet on the tennis ball and it's as good as any foot massage.  It's fantastic for the glutes, too.

That is a great idea Doubletoe!

When you said it was also good for the glutes I was wondering... "If you use it on your feet it is good for your glutes?  Wow!"  Cool."

Then I realized that you would also use it on your glutes!

Yea DoubleToe  you can buy the knobed ones as well. I got some nice ones for about $5 on sale.

Target probably has some decent ones.

I totally agree about the Glutes.

I use a ball, foot savers and a couple of other things.  Sometimes I still want to soak in epsom salt.  It's relaxing to me. :)  But I want some power.

Ha ha!  Yeah, my tennis ball will never have any clue what it was actually made for. . . ;)
