Padded Shorts

Hi I am new here.  I am an adult skater - need to lose weight and have fallen on my tailbone with a hairline fracture.  Before I return (which I will)  - I do spin and jump - I need to get those padded shorts made for skaters -  Can anyone recommend where and which ones to get as an adult - I found one pair on Amazon that said Adult M/L - but what size would that cover.  I am about 158 lbs so not sure if that would be large enough.  Please advise.  I am also in New Jersey. Thank you.
