CaraSkates makes some super cute pants that I would own if international shipping and customs weren't prohibitive.  Not sure about skirts, but you could discuss that with her.

She has a FB page too, which I swear I've liked or am following, but I can't find it for the life of me.

Also....keep an eye out for sales at places like Se-Ku or Kinzies closet.  Or you can sew your own, like many of us do!
