Yeah, I'm curious too.   I got through part of the vid (it's free right now) then my kids swarmed me.  All I could gather was that it had something to do with a tendency to not allow the free leg to be in front of the skating leg, and perhaps something else that I'm not entirely clear on.

As part of the "free weekly video" thing, I just got an email asking what "my personal issues are".  I'll respond to it, and report back here the outcome.  It's deffo marketing to get me to sign up.  But Littlerain, I'll be mentioning the dance, so perhaps they'll tell me something about what's available on that level (that of course I'll have to pony up to look at).

I'll have a look at mysk8coach, too. Davincisop, have you liked what you've found there?  Has it been useful?
