I have stopped oven cooking now.  Lately my ankle area felt too wide, I let my heatGun, heat up the area for about 5 minutes, until it felt really soft,  then I applied these tools and had it cool.  it went out really good.

I need to figure out if my Jackson Freestyles (bought 'em two years ago) have the heat mold-able heels mentioned in the youtube vid.  I've have a love/hate relationship with the left boot from day one.  It will be great if I can get these boots to hug my heels reliably.  I've had them remolded a couple times but wasn't aware the I should ask the pro-shop tech for a "heel massage" after the boots come out of the oven!

Unless they were very old stock, a two year old pair of boots should have heat molding material in the heels... they've been making them that way for 3 or 4 years now.
