I think these are actually derby skate boots unless I'm mistaken... like for when people do roller derby?

They are roller derby boots.  Will showed them to me when I was there in May.  He had a friend in roller derby who asked him to design something for him;  when it was done, they both liked it so much that Will was able to make a case for producing his own line.  He was really excited about it, although I would think that the market for roller derby boots would be even smaller than for figure skates.

I think it's interesting that Brooklyn Skate Company is selling a boot designed & manufactured by Klingbeil.  It's not being marketed by Klingbeil, though.
