cheat sheet?

As we get closer to IJS (she is 6.0 now), I'd like to start learning more about IJS.  Is there a "cheat sheet" that shows base values for jumps, spins, etc?  An IJS for dummies book?  It's just for curiosity's sake.  I just feel really lame.

I'd love something like that.  The rulebook is just about as clear as mud to me.

If you're willing to wade through, ISU is the defining body for scale of values; there are changes a'coming for 2012/13, but, here's the link for 2011/12, and there's some good background.

For Canadian skaters this site: http://www.skatinginbc.com/technical has lots of great information that is very easy to understand. You just need to be careful because the BC/YT Section in piloting a couple of new programs at the lower levels.
