Congratulations!  I know you've been working on that for a long time!  Way to go!

Ok my fellow Skaters!!!! Here it is.....

Back-Leg-Lifts = I can now lift my Legs higher.

Stomach-Leg-Lifts = I have become stronger in my right Leg.

Spiral-Leg-Lifts = I believe I may have gotten my Left Leg in a real Spiral.

Kick-Ups = I got both my Legs higher.

Push-Ups = were still easy.

Sit-Ups = I can still do them quicker.

Sit-Toe-Touches = Touched my toes on both feet.

Back-Leg-Lifts = I still maintain the straig to lift both Legs.

Stomach-Leg-Lifts = I still maintain straigh in my Left Leg. My Right was a little tight today.

Spiral-Leg-Lifts = I am getting betting with a Spiral on my Left Leg. I think I may finally be able to get it up in a real Spiral. But then again...LOL,without a mirror. There's no way to check,and I can't even look at my Leg IN a mirror,without my Leg moving. So I wouldn't know for sure how high I'm really lifting. LOL.

Kick-Ups = I can still lift my Legs higher.

My Push-Ups and Sit-Ups were easy today.

Sit-Toe-Touches = Touched my Toes on both feet.

Say,btw. I was wondering up to this point how you all think I'm doing with my Off-Ice-Trainning. I would surely love to hear from all of you.

Hello my Friends. Sorry I haven't been upgrading my post here for a while. As I don't know why all of a sudden a sercurity system has blocked me from Skatingforums on webtv. after all this time. So since I'm on my Mom's computer...I just wanted to post this to let you all know what's happening. So you all won't worry,and to let you all know that I've posted updates to my Training on Skatingforums.

Hello everyone!!!I am on a reg.. computer at the Boys Club were I go for Respite. So today I am glad to get at least THIS Report posted here for you. So here it is.....


Back-Leg-Lifts = I still maintain hieght in both Legs.

Stomach-Leg-Lifts = I am still stronger in both Legs.

Spiral-Leg-Lifts = I still maintain somewhat of a Spiral.

Kick-Ups = Worked on getting my Right Leg higher.

My Push-Ups have become easier,and my Sit-Ups were easy today.

Sit-Toe-Touches = Touched my toes on my Left Foot.
