So trendy, I never heard of this seasonal rink in Manhattan at The Standard Hotel:

Weekdays: Noon - "late"

From their 2010 opening blog post:

The rink will open this weekend and is located at 848 Washington Street on the corner of 13th Street.  Tickets are $12, and skate rentals are $3.  Hours of operation are 10am - Midnight seven days a week.

Hours are different this year (open at 9am weekends, noon weekdays) so I'm not sure if the tickets are still $12 - could be more.  Call before you go.
