That's a video a few Skating Directors I know need to watch, as if they would actually learn anything from it.

Ditto. Parents crowding the doors is one of my biggest pet peeves. It it on par with kids that repeatedly are there late and kids that need their skates adjusted 10 minutes into the session bc they were late and mommy and daddy rushed them onto the ice.
