Graf has gone out of business, as of July 2016.

They still have some closeout sales  http://angebote.grafskates.ch/en/groessenwahl.html

Some equipment is at auction  http://www.centuryservices.com/auction/graf-canada-ltd-unreserved-receivership-auction/
E.g., skate sharpeners, machine shop tools...

Lots of people are selling Graf skates at discount now.

Buyer beware: If you buy anything, and there are issues (frequently true in the figure skating world), you may not get any help from the manufacturer!

Wow. Gone the way of Oberhamer and Klingbeil.
The website is dead too.

Will be interesting to see if any new quality Chinese brands pop up in the next few years.    Like they have with inline slalom skates.   Everyone dismissed them at first.   They don't now.

Mike Cunningham, the skate tech at Skater's Paradise, says:

"It is just Graf Canada where they only made hockey skates under license with Graf. Graf Switzerland S. A. is still in business and going strong. They produce hockey and figure skates. U. S. dealers who want to carry Graf must open individual importer accounts with Graf Switzerland and import them directly to the U. S."

Oh... I should have known better than to trust too completely the info from a less experienced skate tech than Mike.

I hope the Swiss company reps speak English.

I suspect you'll discover the Swiss rep speaks better English than you do, while also being fluent in French and German.

But it's good news the Swiss firm is still going strong. I don't have to panic about new boots just yet.
