This is just a warm up I've started using before I get on the ice. Don't need any equipment, except maybe a towel when you do push-ups.It's designed t be done in a constrained space. It's not designed for figure skaters, it's just a good quick exercise routine that has levels based on your age. I'm just including it to complement Isk8NYC's figure skating video.

I have modified this exercise program to do it standing....in skates. When I do leg swings across my body so I touch my skate to my opposite hand, I scare some people.

I bet!
I like this... I've been thinking about starting up with my 7 min circuit workout again (I've been using the app to time stretches instead), but this looks better. I had downloaded it when you blogged about it and promptly forgot all about it. I think I'll give it a go.
I'm working on a blog post on how I do this standing. I prefer the regular version where it's a combination of standing/prone, but sometimes I can't find a space to do it in, or I have to throw my boots on and do it real quick before I get on the ice.
I've blogged (with pictures) my off ice standing warmup I do when I can't find a place to lie down for prone positions in my warm up.
