MK Vision blades, anyone?

My coach is recommending that I get MK Vision blades for my new boots.  I'm currently on a used pair of Coronation Aces which are probably pretty flat by now.  My first pair of blades were Ultima Legacy's and I hated them.  I definitely like the 7' rocker. 

Has anyone here skated the Vision and what do you think of it?

My coach prefers them over Pattern 99's.. the spin rocker isn't as flat on the Vision compared to the 99.

Everyone I know who has them really likes them.

I upgraded from Aces to Visions a couple of pairs of skates ago (I'm now in Phantom). I LOVED my Visions. Going from the Aces to the Visions my coach noticed a marked improvement in my turns and spins, but that may also have happened because I went from trashed blades to blades with a rocker. I found I felt more stable on them too. Jumps weren't really affected at all if I remember right.

My Aces are trashed, too, so that's great to hear!  For $380, they should be awesome!

I'm on my second pair of Visions.  I switched from Phantoms when they were redesigned ages ago and my fitter recommended the Visions as being similar in profile.   Shop around the Internet for price, though, if you know your size.  I ended up saving a lot over what the local skate shop guy wanted to charge me.

My "MK Professional" blades are 20 years old!  This last time, he had to take off more because the previous sharpener put in some wierd bumps and flat spots (didn't know what he was doing).  I guess I'll be needing some new ones one day?  Let me know how you like yours!

I second this.

Never met anyone with Visions that disliked them (contrary to e.g. Paramount blades).

All have given glowing reviews of them.
