Please don't read this post if you do not want to know results...

This was the first time I watched a live event on Ice Network. I am so impressed--the coverage was terrific and I appreciated the intimate "look," not to mention the understated, non-hyper commentary. Sure there were some audio problems but they fixed them quickly. I don't think I can watch figure skating on broadcast network again.

I preferred Takahashi's performance to Oda's, but Oda certainly milked all the points he could. I felt so proud of Armin Mahbanoozadeh. I love Sean Sawyer (CAN) and felt so sorry for him when it looked like he was going to burst into tears.

Most importantly, Priscella Hill had the most FAB coat I've ever seen. I was completely distracted by it!

I was there - Takahashi was completely awesome!!!  He is in love with the audience and the audience is in love with him and it was all very incredible... unfortunately a few technical glitches --  ARRGGGHH

Oda also completely impressive of course - enjoy him much more in person than on television!!!

What a great night of skating - going back in a couple of hours to work as an ice monitor for the Ladies and Dance, then back in the audience tonight to watch all of the INCREDIBLE skaters!!!

wow-lots of us men in the final flights.

armin was awesome!  Rippon had an off night, but his crossfoot spin was textbook perfect.
