At the amateur end many (most?) rinks and clubs run their own shows. Ask around your local clubs and rinks.
At the professional end, which I can't help you with, you have "Disney on Ice" (for which you can apply), televised ice shows, Ice Dance Theater groups (e.g.,

http://www.thenexticeage.org ... ), etc. The highest end might be by invitation only - it helps to win a medal at US Nationals or the Olympics. And then there are the Ice Shows at gambling casinos, with a starting point involving minimal attire.
At the semipro level
Grassroots to Champions trains people in choreography, and runs competitive shows/contests.
