Thinking about the ISI-PSA merger and the LTS USA (form. Basic Skills) rebranding and feeling nostalgic.  I had a great experience as an ISI skater and competitor.  As a coach, I emphasize fun, sportsmanship and challenge.

What should remain after all the dust settles on the brave, new world of US figure skating?
"If you still look good after skating practice, you didn't work hard enough."
