Is it okay to have skates heat molded AFTER they've been waterproofed (chemically treated, not waxed)? I already gave my skates to the pro guy for waterproofing after skating for a while. I find that the boots need to be tighter in certain areas, so I think heat molding would do the trick?

Heat molding won't make it tighter; it just shapes the boot to your foot. If they're too wide, it doesn't make them shrink/grow narrower/tighten up.

Should not be an issue at all since waterproofing is on the soles and heat molding is on the upper boot.
