Does anyone have any sites where they order tights from?  I need to get a bulk order for my synchro team and thought I would investigate other sources as the ones we got last year from our usual place weren't nice...and I am looking to save some money.  :). Thanks for any and all referrals.

tidewaterice.com claims they have the lowest prices online. How about eBay? There are some sellers there who sell tights at low prices, and they might have them in bulk. How many pairs do you need?

Thanks.  That Tidewwterice.com is pretty cheap.

We need at least 14 pairs.

I was thinking about eBay too. But it's hard to tell the quality of less known brands. What is your expectation on the lifespan of the tights? :)

I've purchased tights (and other things) from tidewaterice.com several times with no problems. (I have twin DDs who wear the same size, so buying even 2 pair/skater gets the lower price.)  They carry the "light tan" Mondor Evolution OTB tights (#3338) with the fastclips that my kids prefer.  I like the buckles - when we had velcro or hook-and-eye OTB tights, they got snagged on the fasteners a lot.  (Tip: after lacing up, put clear packing tape around the hooks and laces so the tights don't get caught/ripped.)

You could contact them to ask if you could get a "team discount."

The ISI sells USicewear tights to fund the ISIA Education Foundation.  (Scholarships for skaters)

The prices are reasonable; I don't know how well the tights wear, though.  We've never gotten them because my kids are picky.
