Not sure if this is the right forum, but, there are a bunch of "video games" where you can choreograph your own routines, and maybe add your own face to famous skater's bodies, and play dress-up, and similar activities.

http://www.amazon.com/Michelle-Kwan-Figure-Skating-Pc/dp/B00000K3PX/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1319197570&sr=8-8

"Skate as Michelle Kwan or other top amateur figure skaters. USFA rules and judging standards. Import your own face and skate as yourself. Design your own costumes and choreograph custom routines. Choose your own music for your routines. Compete in venues around the world. Simple controls and intuitive gameplay. Create and print out a scrapbook or your skating career. Performance highlights you can email to others, even if they don't have the game."

Not that I would want my face on Michelle's body. Wonder if it works on modern operating systems.

It's no longer on the publisher's site, so I guess it's old stock. Can't guess if it works on modern operating systems.

There are lots of similar products:

etc. - go to amazon.com, go into the video games category, and look for figure skating. No doubt you can go to Barnes and Noble and find more stuff too.

Of course, it's hard to guess how well the elements are performed in any of these, and whether you could learn to do anything well from these.

Omg I remember the Michelle Kwan one! I was obsessed with that game!

Query

Did it allow only the highest level moves, or did it allow you to see the basics? Was the form good enough to learn from, or was it only a game?
