11:30am - 4:30pm - Youth Freestyle Clinic
The Adult TAP Seminar, Youth Edges & Artistry Clinic and Youth Freestyle Clinic will each cost $150 for non-CCSC members.
Open registration starts on 3/27/2018.
There won't be cross fit before jumps this year, will there???
No cross fit this year, Melissa Vriner is doing the off-ice with a focus on conditioning and injury prevention.
The Adult Seminar is separate from the Youth Seminar.
Brunch registrations are now being accepted - anyone can come and bring friends - you don't have to be attending a seminar/clinic.
The Adult off-ice will be a small-group preview of the S.T.A.R.S HPMS, from what the organizers have indicated - it's a good bargain if you don't want to pay for the full-blown HPMS!
There are still open slots for the Adult seminar - register ASAP so you don't get shut out!
