Interesting
I don't know any 50 to 70 year olds who still do jumps, to be honest. I've met some great spinners though....
Don Jackson is 73 and still does doubles:

Tamara Moskvina could still do an axel into her 70s
My coach who is 62 still does some jumps, but has really switched to dance.
I skate with a number of women 50 and over (two of them 70+) who jump.
I know this is long over, but I sent it to my coach who told me she had once been an adult skating extra in a Brian Boitano ad for Country Kicks Back. Sadly, I can't find it on YouTube.

I know of many men and women in their 50's plus that jump. One of the adult women who skates at one (of the many) rinks I skate at is in her 50's and is landing axels and double salchows, she never skated as a child ;)
We have a husband and wife who did pairs in their 70s up until recently (one has been pretty unwell for the last long while so don't think they are actively working on pairs moves currently).
They were doing some simple low lifts and side by side jumps and had an impressive death spiral too! They always got huge cheers for their programs at out club exhibition! :D
