Vote for Evan: http://www.usatoday.com/sports/quickquestion/2011/february/popup47029.htm
The online fan voting at USA Today was worth 1/3 of the points towards the overall award.
Evan was ahead by a landslide when I checked right before polling ended.
In effect, he also won a popularity contest in addition to the Sullivan award, which was presented by former recipient and OGM, Sarah Hughes.
His acceptance speech is available online at the AAU site here: http://www.aausullivan.org/
